Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Raahi Cabs, we understand that plans may change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• If canceled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total fare will be charged.

2. Refund

• Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

​

3. No-Show

• If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and full fare will be charged.
